Our 6th Annual Green Spaces Run the River 5K Walk/Run is back! This year in addition to our traditional 5k, we are holding a nature festival to celebrate the community's conection to the nature around us.
The Green Spaces Alliance Nature Festival encompasses all of our values into one event that can be enjoyed by all ages and walks of life. Join us as we bring the San Antonio community together to enjoy nature along the famous riverwalk for and engage in a wide range of outdoor activities at Mission Park. We will start our morning off with our widely popular “Run the River” 5k walk/run heading towards the city and then circling back to our initial start point. Our central hub will house several environmental organizations with family activities, food, and more! With a little something for everyone, the Green Spaces Alliance Nature Festival is sure to connect the community with the outdoors in a fun and exciting way.
All proceeds go directly towards Green Spaces Alliance's mission to sustain the natural environment and enhance urban spaces through land conservation, community engagement and education.
